I had a wonderful stay at this charming motel. The room was cozy, clean, and had all the essentials. The friendly staff made me feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby beach and restaurants, although prices in the area can be a bit high. My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The hotel is perfectly located, beautiful and convenient for exploring the Newport/Middletown area. The rooms were exceptionally clean and quiet, ideal for me, my partner, and our young child. The service was top-notch with incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. The dining experience was wonderful, and the facilities provided added value to my stay.

The location was great, close to restaurants and the water, although a bit further from some Newport attractions. The dining options were convenient, although more variety would have been a bonus.
